Q: What is ASCE2027?
A: ASCE2027 is the flagship event for infrastructure professionals. It will unite ASCE’s professional and policy thought leadership with the expertise of our technical institutes to explore trending themes like autonomous & smart technology, engineering for the extreme, AI & infrastructure, next-gen materials & methods, infrastructure financing & policy, and workforce & practice. These multi-disciplinary, cross-cutting themes will be complemented by technical sessions that explore the latest research and practice in multiple specialty areas to give attendees an energizing and value-packed educational experience.

Q: What are the dates for ASCE2027?
A: ASCE2027 will take place March 1 – 5, 2027.

Q: Where will ASCE2027 take place?
A: ASCE2027 will take place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Its HQ hotel is the Marriott Philadelphia.

Q: Who should attend ASCE2027?
A: This event is for all those invested in the future of our built environment, including practicing professionals in both the public and private sectors, as well as adjacent and allied professionals in the civil engineering field, executive decision-makers, influencers, academics, and early-career professionals.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: While we want you to be as comfortable as possible, ASCE2027 is ideal to dress professionally (i.e. business suits/dresses, neckties) or business casual (i.e. slacks, matching sets) so that you are readily able to network and make those valuable connections. Meeting room temperatures will vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort. We also recommend attendees wear comfortable shoes.
Q: How do I register for ASCE2027?
A: Registration and hotel reservations are now open. Onsite registration will be available March 1–5, 2027, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Q: What are the registration fees, and what do they include?
A: Registration rates are available. Full Registration allows you unfettered access to all sessions, specified social events and receptions, and the exhibit floor; Day Pass allows you access to all sessions, included events, and the exhibit floor for the selected day; Exhibit Floor Only provides access to only the exhibit floor during open floor hours; Ticketed Event allows you access to the specific ticketed event that you have signed up for.

Q: I can’t attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: Substitutions must be received in writing. Substitutions must be authorized by the original registrant or the credit card holder/authorized corporate contact. Phone substitutions are not accepted. Email requests for substitutions to [email protected].
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: ACH and Wire Transfers
For U.S. bank ACH, international or domestic wire transfer payments, please request banking instructions from ASCE Finance.
ASCE banking instructions will be sent by secure email after your request has been reviewed. Requests may be directed to [email protected] and [email protected].

Upon receipt of the request, ASCE Finance will provide the ACH and Wire Transfer Instructions for ASCE through secure email. Please note that this form does not automatically collect your name, email address, or other contact details unless you enter them yourself.

Q: Where is ASCE2027 being held?
A: ASCE2027 is being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, March 1-5, 2027.

Q: What are the recommended hotels nearby?
A: The ASCE2027 HQ hotel is the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. The group block and negotiated rates will be released later in 2026.

Q: Is there parking at the Pennsylvania Convention Center?
A: There are many parking options available within a few blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Onsite parking has metered rates and can vary per spot. View other parking options.

Q: What transportation options are available in Philadelphia?
A: The Pennsylvania Convention Center is conveniently located in the heart of the city center of Philadelphia, easily accessible by car, train, taxi, and public transit. For those flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), Center City is about 11 miles or a 20-minute car ride from door to door. Regardless of your mode of transportation, we have many ways for you to get here.

Q: How do I submit my paper to present at the conference?
A: Our Call for Content opens October 15, 2025 - March 4, 2026. You can submit to our portal through the submission button on the page.
Q: How do I become an exhibitor?
A: To sign up for an exhibit space, please visit our exhibitor page. From there, you’ll be able to see what booths are available and sign up directly from that page. For exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities, please contact Bruce Bassin at [email protected] or Mona Cotton at [email protected].

Q: What are the booth options and pricing?
A: We have options to fit every budget! View the ASCE2027 booth rates.

Q: What are the exhibit hall set-up hours?
A: Exhibitor set-up will be on both Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Q: How do I become a sponsor?

Q: Are there any networking events or receptions?
A: Yes! We will have multiple networking breaks each day of the conference. There will also be hosted receptions, some of which may require an additional ticket. Please check back for pricing after registration fees have been announced.

Q: Is there a mobile app or platform for connecting with other attendees?
A: Yes! The ASCE2027 Experience app will be available to download from both Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. If you’re unable to download our app onto your device, you can access it via the web-based platform! We expect the app to be launched in early 2027.
