  • Q: What is ASCE2027?
    A: ASCE2027 is the flagship event for infrastructure professionals. It will unite ASCE’s professional and policy thought leadership with the expertise of our technical institutes to explore trending themes like autonomous & smart technology, engineering for the extreme, AI & infrastructure, next-gen materials & methods, infrastructure financing & policy, and workforce & practice. These multi-disciplinary, cross-cutting themes will be complemented by technical sessions that explore the latest research and practice in multiple specialty areas to give attendees an energizing and value-packed educational experience.

    A: ASCE2027 will take place March 1 – 5, 2027.

    A: ASCE2027 will take place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Its HQ hotel is the Marriott Philadelphia.

    Q: Is there a dress code?
    A: While we want you to be as comfortable as possible, ASCE2027 is ideal to dress professionally (i.e. business suits/dresses, neckties) or business casual (i.e. slacks, matching sets) so that you are readily able to network and make those valuable connections. Meeting room temperatures will vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort. We also recommend attendees wear comfortable shoes.

    A: Advanced registration will be open from September 2026 to February 2027. Onsite registration will be available March 1–5, 2027, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

    A: Registration rates will be available in 2026. Full Registration allows you unfettered access to all sessions, specified social events and receptions, and the tradeshow floor; Day Pass allows you access to all sessions, included events, and the tradeshow floor for the selected day; Tradeshow Only provides access to only the tradeshow floor during open floor hours; Ticketed Event allows you access to the specific ticketed event that you have signed up for.

Regardless of your mode of transportation, we have many ways for you to get here.

    A: Our Call for Content opens October 15, 2025 - March 4, 2026. You can submit to our portal through the submission button on the page.

    A: To sign up for an exhibit space, please visit our interactive floorplan. From there, you’ll be able to see what booths are available and sign up directly from that page. If you have any questions, please contact our sales team via email at [email protected].

    Q: What are the exhibit hall set-up hours?
    A: Exhibitor set-up will be on both Monday, March 1 and Tuesday, March 2, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

    A: Yes! We will have multiple networking breaks each day of the conference. There will also be hosted receptions, some of which may require an additional ticket. Please check back for pricing after registration fees have been announced.

    A: Yes! The ASCE2027 Experience app will be available to download from both Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. If you’re unable to download our app onto your device, you can access it via the web-based platform! We expect the app to be launched in early 2027.
